CrossFit​

CrossFit classes are varied but not random workouts designed to make you better overall. Expect to challenge your strength, cardio, balance, explosiveness, speed and many more. Each day will provide a different stimulus on your body.

BURN

BURN is a 45-minute fat-blasting HIIT workout. Most BURN workouts will have you working for 35+ minutes, and burning as many calories as you can in that window. These classes are great for beginners as they don’t have heavy lifting or technical movements.

Open Gym

Open Gym can be used to complete CrossFit, BURN or any other workout you’d like to squeeze in. A coach is present, but not actively coaching this like a class.
