Centennial CrossFit offers classes at 5:30am and 6:30am Monday through Friday and 7:30am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We have a shower available so come give the early classes a try!!!

If you have been wanting to try CrossFit, but find it a little intimidating, come check out CrossFit Lite! CrossFit Lite is our introductory CrossFit class. You will learn the correct form of CrossFit’s basic movements before entering regular CrossFit group classes and get in a workout scaled for YOU!. It is a perfect way to ease into CrossFit and get in the best shape of your life! CrossFit Lite is offered M W F at 5:30am, 7:30am, and 6:30pm.
