Some highlights of what to expect:
Mon: 1 RM Back Squat and “Grace”
Tues: 1 RM Bench or Strict Press (if you didn’t test 2 weeks ago)
Wed: “Fight Gone Bad”
Thurs: 1 RM Deadlift and a Rowing Test
Fri: Max Height Box Jumps- Tall Socks or Shin Guards!!!!!!
and a Pull Up, Push Up, Pistol Ladder
