November Elements & Lite & Thanksgiving Week

Wed 11/26 normal morning and noon schedule, **ONLY 5:00PM at night**
Sat 9am.

If you have been wanting to try CrossFit, but find it a little intimidating, come check out CrossFit Lite! CrossFit Lite is our introductory CrossFit class. You will learn the correct form of CrossFit’s basic movements before entering regular CrossFit group classes and get in a workout scaled for YOU!. It is a perfect way to ease into CrossFit and get in the best shape of your life! CrossFit Lite is offered M W F at 5:30am, 7:30am, 9:30am, and 6:30pm.

9:30am Ladies Only CrossFit Lite Returns

Beginning Monday, November 3rd, we will be adding back our Ladies Only CrossFit Lite Class. This class will be offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and most Fridays. Emphasis is on learning the correct form of the movements. There is no heavy lifting, but we do use kettlebells and dumb bells. Ladies come join us for this introductory CrossFit Class!
